Wear Resistant Flat Thrust Bearing GCr15 51110 Thrust Bearing For Transmission Systems

• Inner Diameter (d): 50mm. Meticulously designed to fit a variety of standard shaft diameters, it forms a tight fit with the shaft, enabling efficient transmission of axial force and preventing shaft system displacement.
• Outer Diameter (D): 70mm. It forms a reasonable ratio with the inner diameter, providing sufficient installation space for rolling elements and cage assemblies while conforming to compact equipment design trends.
• Thickness (T): 14mm. The thickness design balances load-bearing capacity and operational flexibility, reducing friction between rolling elements and minimizing heat generation.

It adopts a separable structure, consisting of a shaft washer (interference-fit with the shaft and rotating with it), a housing washer (transition-fit with the equipment housing or support base and fixed in place), and a steel ball-cage assembly. This structure allows individual installation and disassembly of each component, greatly simplifying the equipment assembly process and facilitating maintenance.

Note: The 51110 flat thrust bearing can only bear unidirectional axial loads and cannot withstand radial loads. In practical applications, it needs to be paired with radial support components to form a complete shafting support solution.

• Bearing Rings: High-carbon chromium bearing steel (SAE-52100 or GCr15) with hardness reaching HRC 60-64 after quenching and tempering. Features excellent wear resistance, fatigue resistance, and impact toughness. Stainless steel available for corrosive environments.
• Rolling Elements: Bearing steel balls of the same material as the bearing rings with precision grinding. Ceramic rolling elements (silicon nitride) available for high-temperature, high-speed applications.
• Cages: Conventional models use nylon materials (PA66) for lightweight, low friction, and self-lubricating properties. Stamped steel or brass cages used in high-speed or high-temperature environments.

• Grease Lubrication: Suitable for speeds ≤3000r/min. Lithium-based grease (Grade EP2) recommended with filling amount of 1/3-1/2 of bearing internal space.
• Oil Lubrication: Applicable to high-speed (>3000r/min) or high-load conditions. ISO VG32 or VG46 extreme-pressure industrial gear oil recommended via oil bath or oil injection.
